Sourdough Hub is a micro-bakery based in the beautiful Capital City of Valletta. All breads are naturally fermented for 24 hours. By allowing the bread to ferment slowly it develops the most interesting and incredible taste. Bread is part of our staple diet and therefore it is important to eat bread that is full of character and that it awakens interesting taste.
The baking workshops
I am passionate about teaching people how to bake their own bread by using natural ingredients. I want to show you how to bake great, delicious & healthy bread! Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned baker, these workshops will be a great way to meet other like-minded people. Bread is one of the most important staple foods in our diet and it is therefore important to eat healthy and flavoursome bread.
